But BE AWARE this property has identified hazards:- loose rocks, rabbit holes, very high cliffs, unused tunnels and irrigation ponds.
Please treat all hazards with respect and make every effort to avoid injury while exploring the area. Stay at least 20 metres away from cliff edges!
Lighting of outdoor fires is strictly forbidden in this dry landscape, so please, don't even think about it. Water is precious and scarce.
The property boasts spectacular views of Lake Dunstan, Pisa Range, Old Man Range and Northburn Range.
